Minecraft is constantly putting out new updates and adding new elements to the game. One of my favorite additions was the most recent one, where they did a massive overhaul of the baby mobs in the game. They reworked their models and gave them new sounds and textures. The updated designs have been released in batches over time. You can view the most recent snapshots and what they added in the table below.
| Release Name | Mobs Updated | |
|---|---|---|
| 26.1 | Snapshot 2 | cows, sheep, pigs, cats, wolves, chickens, and rabbits |
| Snapshot 4 | horses, donkeys, and mules | |
| Snapshot 5 | dolphins, squids, glow squids, turtles, and axolotls | |
| Snapshot 6 | bees, foxes, goats, camels, armadillos, polar bears, and llamas | |
| Total Mobs Updated | 22 mobs | |
